I will also make a hat to order from a member's own fleece. It should be processed, separated by color and in batts, if possible. The price is to be negotiated depending on the style and pattern.

Handwoven Jacob Blankets
Blankets are woven with natural colored Jacob wool yarn in a variety of striking patterns or subtle textures. I use only the softest Jacob wool for these blankets and weave generous stadium blankets and throws. I weave bed-size blankets by custom order. See more photos on my website.

Our Jacob wool afghans are locally woven and come in a variety of patterns.  The most popular patterns are the herringbone & checkerboard but we do offer a variety of custom patterns and/or colors blended by request.  We utilize our three basic yarn colors (commerically spun wool): Bisque (creamy white), Gray Heather (blended wool) and Chocolate Heather (dark wool). All our Jacob yarn is naturally colored wool -- no dyes are added.  We then add a generous 3 1/2 - 4" fringe to each end of the afghan with a contrasting colored yarn (acrylic/silk blend) that results in a beautiful, high quality garment.  Excellent gift idea!  Each afghan varies slighty in overall measurement but averages 36" x 76", not including fringe.  $65/each, plus shipping. Gift wrapping is available by request for a nominal charge. Contact us for color and pattern availability.
